Sweet Is Love  Chapter 6


20 year old Amy Rose ran with all her might at a stelthbot, Piko- Piko hammer in hand. She launched herself off
of the ground and at the bot. Her hammer hit the bot in the "head" and it shattered. Then, as she was falling 40
feet through the air, more than ready to land on her feet, and instead, she was  caught by her one and only,
Sonic the Hedgehog. He ran through all the exploding bots, as Amy's bot created a chain reaction. After they
had escaped all of the flying metal, Sonic set Amy on the ground.

"Amz, you're amazing, ya know that?" He said to her.

She smiled at him and said, "I'm just glad YOU think so, Sonniku!"

He ran his hand through her quills, then, he bent down and kissed her. She wrapped her arms around his shoulders. That moment for them was pure bliss. Love had introduced herself to Sonic 14 years ago. It had taken him 13 years to realize it. They WERE love, the two hedgehogs, one pink and one blue,  standing there, a short distance from their still exploding enemy. When they had surfaced, the exploding had stopped. The two hedgehogs smiled
at each other. Sonic then got down on one knee, and took out a small pink box out of his pocket. Amy had waited for this moment since the blue hedgehog had run into her that fateful day, and it was happening. She covered her mouth in astonishment. When he opened the box...........

Get Yer Butt In Gear  Chapter 7


Sonic opened the small pink box and inside was Amy's hopes and dreams. Wishes and prayers. Inside was
a sapphire ring, the blue stone was surrounded by smaller emeralds, and those were surrounded by much,
much smaller diamonds. Amy was astounded! She would have been happy with just a small plain gold ring,
but THIS?!?!

"I know this isn't the best place for this, but I'm not the most patient hedgehog you'll ever meet (thanks again, Binky!).
Amz, will you marry me?" 

Amy jumped on him and they rolled around on the grass, tickling and laughing and playing. After a bit,
Amy pinned Sonic's shoulders down, and the pair of emerald eyes locked.

Sonic grinned. "I'll take that as a yes."

Amy sank down into his chest. Sonic slipped the gorgeous ring over her finger and held her hand. The pink hedgehog nuzzled her face in his neck, while he nibbled on her ear. Then, they kissed. Just a long, soft, sweet kiss, that was made for that hedgie couple. As they lay there, cuddling together, looking up in the sky, everything
in the world was wonderful.



22 year old Amy Rose was gently aroused from her peaceful slumber. She woke up to her lover and husband, Sonic the hedgehog.

"Amz?" he gently whispered.
She smiled, tiredly and whispered, ''Hey babe, what time'z it?''

He grinned back ''It's midnight" then his grin disappeared. "Someone's at the door. I think it might be Sal."

Amy gasped. "H-h-how did she find us?" 

Sonic growled, ''She has her sources."

She then heard a loud knock at the door. Amy, in her pajamas, ran and grabbed Emmiline and Roderick,
and then ran to Sonic.

"Amy, you hide with Emm and Rod, an' I'll go get the door." 

"But Sonic! What if-" And he kissed her with passion that she'd never seen before.

All of the fear and hatred for Sally rose up his chest and exited in that one kiss. The door was pounded on
with such force, that Sonic pushed Amy toward the closet and ran to the door and swung it open.

To Confront An Ex  Chapter 8



Sonic got a big mouthful of combat boot. He groaned, blood streaming  from his mouth. Sally, you should have guessed, had found out where Sonic lived. She did not, however, find out about Amy, or the babies. Amy was looking fearfully through a crack in the closet door. Through her fear, she remembered the spare cell phone
they kept in the closet cupboard. Yes, they had a closet cupboard. Amy quickly paged Knuckles, Tails, Cream,
and Rouge with the same message: HELP!

"You moron,'' Sally said, without remorse.

She then stomped on his face with her heavy boots. Amy let out the tiniest squeek as she heard a sickening
crunch, which was probably her love's nose. 

"You pathetic little jerk. Instead of being my king and husband, you decided to go off and date that brat, Amy Rose. Well, here's your payback!" She pulled a 24 shotgun out of her vest. She cocked it. "Goodbye, So-"

At that point, Amy put her children down on some old clothes and jumped out of the closet, Piko- Piko Hammer
in hand. Before the mallet hit the squirrel’s head, Sally saw the ring. WHAMMO!!! She was knocked out the instant the hammer hit her. Pink hearts erupted in showers over the princess’s head. Then, Amy dropped to her knees
and gingerly lifted Sonic's head and put it in her lap.

"Sonikku!  Sonniku! Oh, Sonic! Speak to me!"

To Believe  Chapter 9


Sonic's eyes  barely fluttered. In a very, very faint whisper, he said "A-Amz…"

And even though she had just asked him to speak to her, she softly placed a finger to his lips and  whispered,
"It's alright, my love, shh."

But then he looked up in dazed alarm. "Behind you!"

And she turned to see Sally holding a sword  in her hand, a large welt on her head.

Wincing, the crazed princess screeched, "That's it, you little pink brat!! I'm gonna finish you once, and for all!"

What happened next was all slow motion for the two hedgehogs. Amy tried to pull out her hammer in time,
but in vain. Sally plunged the sword into Amy's stomach just as the calvarias arrived. But they were too late.
Amy gasped as she fell over in a crumpled heap. 

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" was all Sonic could say, or rather, scream. Then, he blacked out.

What Happened Next  Chapter 10


Sonic arose from his black out and looked around. What he saw disturbed him. First, he was on the floor in front
of his open front door. Second, he tasted blood in his mouth and felt it caked around his mouth. Third, all of his friends were around him, none of which were looking happy. Fourth, and worst of all, Amy, Amz, his beautiful pink rose, was lying on a stretcher and being carried out by 2 calico cats in white clothes. She had a huge gash in her stomach. Her beautiful emerald eyes were closed in peace and her moth was slightly agape, like she was in surprise. He cried out and ran to her. As rarely as the blue hedgehog cried, tears streamed own his furry face.

"Amy! Oh, Amz! Oh, oh Amy" He sobbed clinging to her fragile hand.

"We have to take her in the ambulance to the hospital. She's alive now, and if you want to keep her that way,
we have to get  her there A.S.A.P." A female sounding cat said sweetly, but firmly.

Sonic's knees gave way and he fell to the floor, head in hands, sobbing.  Cream instinctively bent down and tried
to comfort and console him. Knuckles stood there and his eyes were closed, silent tears rolled off his cheeks.
Tails stood there, 19 years old now, a beautiful diamond an pearl ring in his pocket, more than ready to ask Cream, who had also just turned 19, to marry him. He just stood there. No tears or anything. He was in total and complete shock. His mouth was agape, his blue eyes wide. Rouge was sitting on the couch erupting sobs now and then. 
In between one of these sobs, she heard something. Her white ears twitched. A muffled cry. She went to investigate......
