It Doesn't Matter Chapter 11, What Does the Voice Inside Me Say?
Tails grabbed guns and put them in a back pack. Sonic stored up on power rings and Knuckles put
on his Iron Claws.
Knuckles:” So, where is he attacking first?"
Sonic:” He was heading down town."
Sonic loaded a gun with bullets. He put on a belt that held guns and placed the gun in it.
Sonic:” That's our best bet."
Tails:” Sonic! Catch!"
Tails threw Sonic a revolver and he slipped it in his belt.
Sonic:” Wait, why do I need two guns?"
Tails:” Amy needs to protect herself too!"
Sonic looked at him like a was crazy.
Sonic:” Oh no....oh no-no-no-no-NO! No, she can't use a gun! I barely trust her with that hammer of hers!"
Tails:” Hey Sonic, if you wanna protect your girlfriend, you're gonna have to trust me."
Sonic starred at Tails.
Sonic:” How'd...why do you think....I love-"
Tails:” Amy? Oh Knuckles told me."
Sonics eyes widened and he turned around. Knuckles bit his lip and hid his head in a magazine.
Sonic stormed over to him. Knuckles raised his eyebrows and smiled at Sonic, who was glaring at him.
Knuckles:" Oh hey Sonic! Why the long face?"
Sonic flared and kicked him in the shin.
Knuckles:" YEEEEEOOOOWWWWW!!!HEY!!"
Sonic:” YOU TOLD TAILS?!!"
Knuckles:” Sorry Sonic! It slipped out!"
Sonic:” YOU IDIOT!!!"
Knuckles:” Hey, you know what they say! Secrets are meant to tell!"
Sonic:” NOT THIS ONE!!!!!"

Meanwhile outside...
Amy:” I wish they would hurry!"
Cream:" Yeah, boys are slowpokes."
Amy:” Sonic? A slowpoke?"
Cream giggled.
Cream:” Hey, he might be thinking of something else besides speed.*smiles and winks at Amy*"
Amy lit up and jumped up and down. Just then, The Chaotix team came out carrying guns, explosives,
and throwing daggers(for Espio)
Charmy:" Oooo Vector! Can I blow someone's head off? Can I? Can I?"
Vector:"NOOO!"
Espio:" Oh Vector! let the boy have some fun!"
Mighty:" ESPIO! If you let Charmy have a gun, the person that gets his head blown off would be YOU !
Vector:" Yeah! Charmy, just sting the aliens to death!"
Charmy pouted and stopped.
Charmy:" When I grow up, I'm gonna get my revenge, and blow each and everyone of y'alls heads off!!"
They all stopped and backed away from Charmy. Charmy grinned evilly.
Charmy:" JUST KIDDIN'!!!"
They exhaled and stood by a pole waiting for Sonic, Tails and Knuckles to come out.
Knuckles:” So how are you gonna destroy them? You can't turn into Super Sonic!"
Sonic:” I'll find some other way! They've gotta have a weak spot."
Sonic walked outside and went to Amy.
Sonic:” Here..."
Sonic handed the gun to Amy. Her eyes widened.
Amy:” You expect me to use this?!"
Sonic:"...No...Tails does."
He handed her a belt and she put it on. She slipped the gun into the pocket on it.
Amy:” Is it....loaded?"
Sonic:" Yeah, so don't play with the trigger."
Amy gulped and got on the motorcycle. Team Chaotix hopped in Vectors' Jaguar and Tails and Cream
got in Knuckles' Chevy Chevelle.
Sonic:” I'll lead! When we get down town, we'll go our separate ways! Let's go!"
Sonic started the motorcycle. Amy held on to Sonic as he sped off his, tires squealing.
(down Town)
Bombs were exploding everywhere! Buildings collapsed and streets cracked open. People screamed
and shouted for their loved ones. Sonic ran and shot every alien he came across. Amy ran behind him.
Amy:” Sonic....*huff*I can't*huff*...take it....any longer*huff puff* Can you slow down...a bit?"
Sonic stopped and grabbed Amy's hand. He saw Knuckles and ran over to him.
Sonic:” I can't find Eggman any where!"
Knuckles:” He's around here! But our main target is to destroy the leader alien. I think they'd pull back if it was dead!"
Sonic:” Alright! Me and Amy will go for the leader. You and everybody else hold back the other aliens!"
Sonic grabbed Amy's hand again and ran to the motorcycle. Knuckles growled and went the other way.
Knuckles:” He's always gettin' the credit!" (I smell jealousy)
Sonic got on the motorcycle with Amy and sped off. Then, Sonic heard people screaming.
Woman:” THEY FLY!!"
Sonic looked up. There were aliens were flying above and shooting lazers from their eyes. Sonic rode through
the lazer shots.
Sonic:” Amy! Shoot the aliens above and bring 'em down!"
Amy swallowed hard and pulled out the gun from her belt. She aimed and fired. An alien screamed and fell
from the sky.
Sonic:” Great! Nice job Ame's! Keep goin'!"
Amy smiled and shot another alien down. Then, something grabbed the back of the motorcycle and picked it up. Amy and Sonic fell off. Sonic caught Amy who was screaming. She looked at Sonic who was smiling. Sonic put
her down and looked up. The leader of the alien squad had picked up the bike and through it into a wall.
He was bigger then the rest of the aliens.
Sonic:” Just who we're lookin' for! The head leader of the Slime Ball Clan!"
It growled and slapped it's tentacle at Sonic who dodged it. It picked up some debris and threw it at Sonic.
Sonic spun out of the way. Amy hid behind what looked like a wall from a building. Sonic kicked the alien
in the head.
Sonic:” No dent! Now I gotta be tough!!"
He went into a Sonic Spin and hit it a numerous of times. It made no sign of pain. It grabbed Sonic and through
him against a wall. Sonic slid off and got up. He did multiple back handsprings, jumped into the air and landed
on a street light. He jumped off that and punched it in the back. But it showed no pain. It just stood there
letting Sonic hit it all he wanted to. Amy took out a power ring from her pocket. She threw it and Sonic
caught it. A bright light came from the ring and Sonic did a homing attack. He attacked it with a light speed
attack (one of Sonics strongest attacks) But he didn't hurt it. The alien caught him in mid air and threw him
down. Sonic landed on his head and blacked out.
Amy:" SOOONNNIIIICCC!!!"
She ran over to her hero. She shook him but no reply. She started to cry. The alien stood there. She flared
and a huge hammer appeared in her hand.
Amy:” NO ONE OR NOTHING MESSES WITH SONIC!!! NOW YOU'RE GONNA PAY!!"
She jumped into the air and swung her hammer. She hit him in the head and it fell backwards.
It got up and slapped a tentacle at her. She dodged it and hit his leg making him fall again.
Her eyes flared as it got up again.
Amy:"(thinking) It's invincible! No wonder Sonic couldn't destroy it."
Eggman flew over head. Amy looked up and glared.
Eggman:" I see that you see that I am more than just a genius! I'M YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE! HA HA HA HA!!!"
Amy:” Oh yeah! Well I'm yours!!"
She jumped into the air and hit Eggmans eggmobile. He was knocked to the ground. Sonic stirred and opened
his eyes. He saw Amy standing there with her hammer in her hands. She hit the alien again and knocked it to
the ground.
Sonic:” Amy?"
Amy spun around. She smiled big and ran over to her hero. She jumped on him making him fall to the ground. They both laughed.
Amy:” Oh Sonic....I'm so glad you're okay!"
Sonic:” I'm really glad you're okay too!"
Amy looked at him and her eyes sparkled. Sonic rethought what he said and blushed embarrassed.
She kissed him on the cheek. They both looked deeply into each others eyes.
Sonic:” Amy....I....I....I lo-AMY LOOK OUT!!!"
The alien grabbed Amy and picked her up. Amy screamed bloody murder as it squeezed her. Sonic jumped up
and pulled out his Revolver. He shot the alien in the stomach and it screamed in pain dropping Amy.
She was already out cold from not being able to breath. Sonic jumped up and caught Amy. He landed
on top of a building and sat her down. She woke and stood up. Sonic was looking down at the alien
who was trying to find them.
Amy:” Sonic...we can't defeat it. What are we gonna do?"
Sonic:” We have to get those Chaos Emeralds. That's what powers the aliens. If we get the emeralds,
I can turn into Super Sonic and defeat 'em. But then again....I have no idea where they are.
Ohhhh.... I can't do that!"
Amy:” Yes you can!"
Sonic turned around and looked at her. She smiled.
Amy:” Sonic....don't give up! Never give up a fight! It doesn't matter what happens! Just do not give up!
That voice inside you....whatever it says...follow it! Keep on goin'! Keep running! Keep fighting!
I know youcan do it!"
Sonic starred at her and smiled.
Sonic:” The voice inside me....."
Sonic closed his eyes and thought of Amy's words.
Amy:” What does it say?"
Sonic:".....what you just said!"
She smiled.
Amy:” Then....let's go find those emeralds!"
