Summary:
It Doesn't Matter Chapter 1, Run Sonic Run!
Amy sat on the beach starring out into the sea. She ran her fingers through the sand and spelt "S.O.N.I.C"
She stood up and walked down the shore.
Amy:(thinking)*sigh* I wish Sonic cared about me. All he cares about is running around in circles all day!"
She decided to go home.
Amy:” What's the use of spending a good evening feeling bad for myself?! I'm gonna go home and watch TV! Maybe Eggman has a new plan and I can go with Sonic on another adventure!!"

Sonic sat on the couch watching the 6:00 news.
TV:” It appears that Eggman is missing. He has not been seen for nearly two months! His fortress in the Mystic Ruins was completely destroyed by Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends. People say he could be hiding or dead."
Sonic:"hummm...."
Amy walked in and jumped on the couch. She settled down by Sonic.
Amy:" Hi Sonic!"
Sonic:"....hi."
Amy:” What's wrong?"
Sonic:" Nothin'. Eggman's missing and that means he could attack at any moment!"
Amy:" Oh no! You know Sonic, if you needed someone to go with you on your next journey, I could! *bads eyelashes*"
Sonic rolled his eyes.
Sonic:” Amy..."
Amy:” I know! Your answer is no!"
Amy sighed and Sonic turned his head back to the TV.
TV:” And now for the weather update: Clear skies for tonight. For tomorrow, a 50% chance of thunder storms
and rain."
Sonic clicked off the TV and walked upstairs. Amy followed him. He turned around as he heard her footsteps.
Sonic:” Why...are you following me?"
Amy:” Because...I wanted to ask you something."
Sonic:” WHAT?!"
Amy:” Will you take me out? I just need someone to talk to and I was hoping I could talk to you!"
Sonic:” If it's anything about clothes, make up, and hair, forget it! I mean shouldn't you talk to Rouge about
that stuff?"
Amy:” Oh Sonic, it's nothing like that. I'm just bored and have nothing to do!"
Sonic:"....um.Okay."
Amy:” So will you?"
Sonic:” I guess."
Amy:" YAY! Oh thanks Sonic. I love you so much!"
She kissed him on the cheek and ran to her room. Sonic blushed and went to his own. Cream stared at Amy
who was dancing around the room singing Sonics' theme song" It Doesn't Matter."
Amy singing:" It doesn't matter, now what happens. I will never give up a fight! 'Long as the voice inside drives
me to run and fight. It doesn't matter who is wrong and who is right!"
Amy:” His song....just makes my heart explode with love!"
Cream:” Why are you such in a romantic mood Amy?"
Amy:” I'm going on a date with Sonic!"
Cream:" Finnally! I'm very happy for you Amy! When?"
Amy stopped and thought. Her eyes flared and she stomped out of the room. She knew what Sonic was up to.
She pounded on Sonic's door but no answer came. Her Piko Piko Hammer appeared in her hand and she hit
the door with all her might leaving it hanging on one hinge. She stormed in the room. Sonic was laying on his
bed with head phones on his ears listening to rock music and looking at a magazine. He didn't even hear her
come in for the volume was on MAX. Amy heard the faint sound of drums beating and guitars screeching.
She walked over to Sonic, unplugged the head phones from the CD player, and snatched the magazine
from him.
Sonic:" Hey! That was my favorite song!-Whoa!"
Flames sparked in Amy's eyes and she glared at him.
Sonic:" AHHHHH! What's wrong girl?"
Amy:” Don't call me GIRL!"
Sonic fell off his bed.
Amy:” Don't act like you don't know!"
She held up her hammer. Sonic got on his knees.
Sonic:” AMY! Don't hurt me! I beg you! I seriously don't know! PLEASE!
Amy glared at him.
Amy:” You said you'd go out with me! OKAY! But YOU DIDN'T SET UP A TIME OR PLACE!
AND YOU DID IT ON PURPOSE !
Sonic gritted his teeth nervously.
Sonic:" Oh...heh heh.....well.....you see-"
Amy eyes flared again.
Amy:” YOU FAKER!!"
Sonic dodged a hammer hit and ran out of the room. He leaped downstairs and sped to the living room.
Tails sat on the couch reading and looked up to see a panicked Sonic.
Sonic:” Tails...bro you gotta hide me!"
Tails:” Okay um...behind the couch!"
Sonic jumped over the back of the couch. He heard Amy stomp into the room.
Amy:” WHERE IS HE?!"
Tails:" Uh....I don't know."
Amy flared and grabbed Tails by the ears pulling him off the couch. Amy held her hammer above his head.
Amy:” Sonic, if you don't come out the boy gets it!"
Tails:” Don't do it Sonic. Her hammer doesn't hurt anyway!"
Amy:” Maybe my hammer won't, but this will!"
She puckered her lips and slowly began to pull Tails closer to her.
Tails:" AHHHHH! No! Not that! Sonic come out! DON'T LET HER KISS ME!"
Amy:” Sonic....come out darling! You wouldn't want your buddy to get hurt would you?!"
Sonic stood up and held his hands up in the air. Amy dropped Tails who almost passed out and lunged forward
at Sonic. He sped over to the TV. She swung at him, missed and broke the TV.
Amy:" Oops hee hee! I'll buy a new one! ARRRGGGHH!"
She swung her hammer again and he dodged it.
Sonic:” Okay...*swing*.....how about tomorrow.....*dodge*.... at five o'clock....*jump*.....at Pizza Hut!*BANG!*"
Amy hit Sonic on the top of the head. His eyes rolled and he collapsed.
Amy:” Sounds good to me!"
She dragged Sonic back upstairs up the stairs and into his bedroom. She left him on the floor and slammed
the door (which broke off the last hinge and landed on top of him)
